Introduction

Earlier this year, EZ Texting conducted the Consumer Texting Behavior Report showcasing the power and convenience of text messaging to drive engagement, connection, and action at scale.

To continue the conversation, we shifted the spotlight to our customers in the 2022 Customer Research Survey, which delved deeper into their texting behaviors and preferences on the EZ Texting platform.

Our customers reported that the platform continues to serve as their go-to marketing tool due to its proven ROI, ease of use, and unique customer-centric capabilities.

Methodology

The 2022 Customer Research Survey was conducted online through Survey Monkey by EZ Texting from April 1 to April 29, 2022, to identify critical insights about operator behaviors and satisfaction with the EZ Texting platform.

Over 240 current customers, from nonprofits and realtors to ecommerce businesses and educational institutions, were qualified based on account size.
